William Shatner (d. 22 Mart 1931, Montreal), Emmy ve Altın Küre ödüllü film yapımcısı, yönetmen ve oyuncu. 1966-1969 yılları arasında yayınlanan ABD yapımı Uzay Yolu dizisinde Yıldız Gemisi Atılgan'ın kumandanı Kaptan Kirk rolüyle tanınır. 13 Ekim 2021 tarihinde Jeff Bezos'un Blue Origin şirketinin geliştirdiği roket ile uzaya fırlatıldı. 90 yaşındaki Shatner, böylece uzaya giden en yaşlı kişi oldu.^[1]
