Cynthia Nixon (d. 9 Nisan 1966/ABD), Amerikalı oyuncudur.

Cynthia Nixon, 12 yaşında iken oyunculuğa başladı. Sinema dünyasındaki ilk çıkışını Little Darlings isimli filmle yaptı. Uzun yıllar Broadway'de sahnelenen oyunlarda yer aldı. 20 yıl boyunca oyunculuk yapmasına ve birçok tiyatro ödülü kazanmasına rağmen tanınmayan oyuncu, Sex and the City dizisi ile tüm dünya tarafından tanındı. Dizide, gerçekte sarışın olmasına rağmen, kızıl saçlı işkolik avukat Miranda Hobbes'u canlandırdı. Bu rolü ona bir Emmy Ödülü kazandırdı.
