The Supremes, Amerikalı kız şarkı grubu ve Motown Records'ın 1960'lardaki başlıca sanatçısı. The Primettes adıyla 1959'da Detroit, Michigan'da kurulan the Supremes, Motown'ın ticari açıdan en başarılı sanatçısı ve Billboard Hot 100 listesinde bir numara olan 12 single ile[2] Amerika'nın bugüne kadarki en başarılı vokal grubu oldu.[3] Bu hitlerin pek çoğunun yazımında ve yapımında Motown'ın ana yazım ve yapım ekibi Holland–Dozier–Holland görev aldı.
