Leopold James Fitz, Marvel Sinematik Evreni'nde bulunan kurgusal karakter. Karakter; Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon ve Maurissa Tancharoen tarafından yaratılmış ve ilk kez 2013 yılında Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. dizisinin pilot bölümünde Iain De Caestecker tarafından canlandırılmıştır.

Dizide Fitz, S.H.I.E.L.D. ajanlarından birisi olarak yer alır. Bilimsel bilgisi çok geniştir ve bir mühendis ve mucit olarak S.H.I.E.L.D.'ın birçok temel cihazını ve aletini geliştirmiştir.
