EFL League One (kısaca League One, sponsorluk anlaşmaları gereği Sky Bet League One), English Football League'deki ikinci, İngiliz futbolunda lig sistemideki üçüncü en üst seviye futbol ligidir.
Football League One 2004-05 sezonunda tanıtıldı. Eskiden Football League Second Division olarak bilinen ligin bir üst ligi Premier League iken, bir alt ligi Football League Third Division'dı.
