Arilformamidaza (EC 3.5.1.9, kinureninska formamidaza, formilaza, formilkinureninaza, formilkinureninska formamidaza, formamidaza I, formamidaza II) je enzim sa sistematskim imenom aril-formilamin amidohidrolaza.[1][2][3] Ovaj enzim katalizuje sledeću hemijsku reakciju

N-formil-L-kinurenin + H2O {\displaystyle \rightleftharpoons } format + L-kinurenin

Ovaj enzim takođe deluje na druge aromatične formilamine.
