Troy Edward Baker (ur. 1 kwietnia 1976 w Dallas) – amerykański aktor i aktor głosowy użyczający głosu głównie w anime oraz grach komputerowych. Przed rozpoczęciem kariery aktorskiej Baker był wokalistą i gitarzystą w zespole grającym indie rock – Tripp Fontaine, który w 2004 wydał singiel „Burning Out” w ich debiutanckim albumie Random Thoughts on a Paper Napkin.
