Rafe de Crespigny (fullt navn: Richard Rafe Champion de Crespigny; født 16. mars 1936 i Adelaide i Australia) er en emeritert sinolog ved The China and Korea Centre ved Australian National University i Canberra i Australia. Hans forskningsinteresser har vært kinesisk historie, geografi og litteratur i Han-dynastiets tid. Han er også internasjonalt kjent som en pioner innen oversettelsesarbeide og historiografi vedrørende historisk materiale fra de tre rikers tid i Kina.
Han er kanskje mest kjent for verket Generals of the South, som forteller om Sun-klanens fremvekst til makt og hvordan De tre riker ble til.
