Jeff Scott Soto (født 4. november 1965 i Brooklyn, New York) er en amerikansk vokalist som har gitt ut plater med Yngwie Malmsteen, Axel Rudi Pell og bandet Talisman, foruten soloplater. Han var også vokalist for Journey på 2006-2007 turneen etter at Steve Augeri måtte trekke seg grunnet stemmeproblemer.[1]
