Caddo County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Oklahoma. Det ligger i de sørlige delene av staten og det grenser mot Blaine County i nord, Canadian County i nordøst, Grady County i øst, Comanche County i sør, Kiowa County i sørvest, Washita County i vest og mot Custer County i nordvest.
Caddo Countys totale areal er 3 342 km² hvorav 31 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 30 150 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Anadarko. Fylket ble grunnlagt 1901.[1]
I fylket ligger Southwestern kraftverk, som eies av delstaten.
