Undang-undang tentera

Undang-undang tentera ialah perlaksanaan kawalan ketenteraan secara langsung terhadap fungsi awam yang normal atau penangguhan undang-undang awam oleh kerajaan, terutama sebagai tindak balas terhadap darurat sementara di mana pasukan awam dibanjiri, atau di wilayah yang didiami.^[1][2]
