Kamera litar tertutup (CCTV) ialah penggunaan kamera video untuk menghantar isyarat ke tempat-tempat tertentu. Ia berbeza dengan televisyen penyiaran di mana isyaratnya tidak dihantar secara terbuka, walaupun ia boleh menggunakan pautan tanpa wayar dari titik ke titik. CCTV sering digunakan untuk tujuan pengawasan di kawasan-kawasan yang memerlukan pengawasan seperti bank, premis perniagaan, lapangan terbang, pangkalan tentera, dan sebagainya.
