Tangled: Before Ever After adalah film televisi direct-to-video fantasi musikal animasi 2D Amerika 2017 yang dirilis oleh Walt Disney Pictures dan diproduksi oleh Walt Disney Television Animation, yang tayang perdana pada Disney Channel sebagai Disney Channel Original Movie. Mengambil tempat antara film original Walt Disney Animation Studios Tangled dan film pendek Tangled Ever After, dan berfungsi sebagai pilot untuk Tangled: The Series. Tangled: Before Ever After tayang perdana pada 10 Maret 2017 di Disney Channel.[1][2][3] Film ini menampilkan dua lagu baru dari Alan Menken, yang menulis score dan lagu untuk original movie, dan Glenn Slater: "Life After Happily Ever After" dan "Wind in My Hair". "Wind in My Hair" akan menjadi tema pembuka Tangled: The Series.[4] Mandy Moore, Zachary Levi dan M.C. Gainey akan kembali memerankan peran mereka dalam Tangled sebagai Rapunzel, Eugene Fitzherbert dan Kapten Penjaga berurutan. Pada 3 Juni 2015, Disney Channel mengumumkan pengembangan serial.[5] Selama tayang perdana The Swap, trailer serial ditayangkan. Trailer tersebut memperlihatkan kembalinya rambut 70 kaki Rapunzel secara misterius. Di trailer tersebut juga memperkenalkan karakter baru, Cassandra.
