Kathleen Kennedy (lahir 5 Juni 1953) adalah produser film Amerika Serikat.[1] Pada tahun 1981, ia turut mendirikan Amblin Entertainment bersama Steven Spielberg dan suami Kennedy, Frank Marshall. Ia merupakan produser film E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial (1982) dan seri Jurassic Park, dua film pertamanya masuk sepuluh besar film berpenghasilan tertinggi tahun 1990-an. Kennedy menempati peringkat keempat dalam urutan produser berpenghasilan tertinggi di Amerika Serikat setelah Spielberg, Kevin Feige, dan Stan Lee; film-filmnya meraup $6 miliar per Desember 2015.[2]
Pada tanggal 30 Oktober 2012, ia menjadi presiden Lucasfilm dan manajer merek Star Wars setelah The Walt Disney Company mengakuisisi perusahaan tersebut dengan nilai $4 miliar.[3] Proyek pertama pasca-akuisisi yang ditanganinya adalah Episode VII dalam saga Star Wars, Star Wars: The Force Awakens, yang dirilis tanggal 18 Desember 2015 dan menjadi film berpenghasilan tertinggi di Amerika Utara.
