Horst Birr (17 Februari 1912 – 8 Oktober 1943) adalah seorang pemeran asal Jerman.^[1] Ia tampil dalam lebih dari 40 film antara 1934 dan 1941. Birr adalah anggota Partai Nazi.^[2]

Terdapat catatan berbeda soal kematiannya. Beberapa sumber menyatakan bahwa ia bunuh diri dengan istrinya Hertha Jische (Jicha, 1912–1943)^[3] ketika ia mengetahui bahwa ia adalah belateran Yahudi.^[4]
