Leonard Sylvan Peikoff (s. 15. lokakuuta 1933 Winnipeg, Kanada) on yhdysvaltalainen filosofi. Hänet tunnetaan parhaiten Ayn Randin työn jatkajana objektivistisen filosofian kehittämisessä. Peikoff oli perustamassa Ayn Rand Institutea vuonna 1985.
