Avrainville (French pronunciation: [avʁɛ̃vil] ) is a commune in the Essonne department in Île-de-France in northern France. Popular places to visit nearby include Versailles Palace at 28 km and Catacombs at 31 km.[3]

Inhabitants are known as Avrainvillois.
